LAHSoul The Pale Horse went through a couple name changes through out his rap career, but finally felt God has delivered this one to be permanent and his final name switch. LAHsoul is 23 years old originally from The Great Lake state of Michigan. LAHSoul says, “yes I do bleed yellow and blue to all my wolverine fans.”

In 2014 LAHSoul moved to California and got signed a year later to GoMFU Entertainment. He’s been recording since the age of 9 and recorded his first track called basketball back 2001 with two of his cousins who started rapping with him at the time.

Over the years he’s battled a couple rappers through high school, whereas each battle was just speaking from each others crowds perspective. The Pale Horse states, “I always came with better lyrics. Battle rapping I have huge respect for, to believe that’s a different in hip-hop and not every one can pull it off. Now, I personally wouldn’t call myself a battle rapper, considering my passion is in making music in a creative way that only you can create. “

The title of his new mix tape is “Eyes And Ears” which is kind of a play off his first EP “Eyes Have Not Seen Nor Ears Have Heard.” This mix tape song is called “Off Me”, which is a freestyle that he decided to showcase. It identifies with some his lyrical skills since a lot of his old fans know him from free styling. He states, “I honestly feel this project Eyes and Ears will kind of remind you of my first EP but 10 times better in my opinion as far as subject matter, lyrics, and creativity.” He continues, “ The mix tape is just telling the people you haven’t seen anyone or heard anything like this doing what I do like the way I do it or I’ve done it.” The flow pattern on this one is definitely unique.

Going through life, LAHSoul has felt like he’s tried just about everything, as far as finding what he is here on this earth for. He says he has always questioned God as to what his sole purpose of life is about and he felt ignored for a while. But God wasn’t ignoring or neglecting him at all. He said, “I believe God just wanted me not to look into myself so deeply, my gift is the skill along with the ability to structure words. All my life that’s been the thing I’ve actually been good at and found so much passion and life in. “
