Allison Kandii

Denise Allison King known as Allison Kandii is a female singer/songwriter. She was born in Kings County Hospital, Brooklyn,New York to Mother, Dawn Allison King and her Father, Dennis Hercules. At the age of three her mother, relocated the family to Southern, California where Denise grew up in the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino County). Denise is of Afro- Carribean Descent with roots tracing back to Scarborough, Trinidad and Portugal. Denise went on to graduate with Honors from Eisenhower High School in Rialto, CA, Class of 2004 where she is well remembered as a talented, goofy, nerdy, highly educated hyper-active young woman, that always had qualities that set her apart from the rest. She was always performing whether on or off the stage and now she is doing so in a literal sense.

Working full-time as an administrative assistant, she dedicated all of her free time to pursuing a potential modeling, acting and music career, her lack of availability was the biggest hindrance in her career. Denise Allison began singing, backgrounds and lead vocals to hooks for local rappers, singers, and as well as Rappers, Gospel Artists, and other multi-cultural artists as a part-time commitment, Denise always wanted to set herself apart from that from the average Urban female R & B artist, and began singing Pop, Rock, R &B, as well as Gospel, as well as writing raps and poetry, but geared towards a more mainstream crowd, in order to make music that all people, of any color, race, or creed could listen to. Denise is currently pursuing music full time; as music is her first love and she is determined to succeed and triumph in this industry.

Denise is currently singing independently and working on many projects as well as collaborations with artists such as Archie McKnight (Brian McKnight’s eldest son), Living Proof, (native to the Bay Area), JOB 9-5(native to West Palm Beach Florida), Black & Mild( Rapper/ Producer from Alta Dena), T Ali ( Local rapper native to Pomona, CA), and A.E. Of On1Music (Producer, Rapper). She is currently in negotiation with many different labels and is actively waiting for an offer worthy of her talent, to build her musical home.

Her career is beginning; it is not long before this young vibrant woman makes her own mark in music history.
